Bitte sagen Sie mir, dass es in das Auto und das Team hierher gekommen, und so zeigt wie er die Installations-CD fragt, und wenn ja, wo Sie zum Download sehr dankbar im Voraus (und dann der dritte Monat, seit ich gehen)
oder mir jemand sagen, wie dieses Menü können Sie den normalen Betrieb zu verlassen. Abklemmen der Batterie half nicht.

Die Software CD (damit meine ich nicht die Navi CD) gibt es nicht zum Download oder käuflich zu erwerben. Dein freundlicher Mercedes Händler kann Dir hierbei helfen, denn die haben die CDs, die man hier benötigt.
Dennoch frage ich mich, wie man eine solche Meldung bekommt. Sowas passiert doch eigentlich nur, wenn man versucht, eine falsche Software zu installieren und dabei die Zündung ausschaltet.

Offensichtlich hat er versucht, das Comand upzudaten, die Installation blieb stehen und er hat die Batterie abgeklemmt um den Fehler zu beseitigen. Wie in der Anleitung zu lesen, darf ja während der gesamten Installation kein weiterer CAN-Betrieb stattfinden. Nicht einmal das Öffnen einer Tür. Vielleicht war das oder aber auch eine falsche CD der Anlass für das stehenbleiben der Insatllation und dann noch das Abklemmen der Batterie...

What have you done with the Comand?
And what happens during Installation?
Have you seen the Security Advice into Installation Guide here on MB-Treff.de?
During Installation you are not allowed to do anything with the car that makes CAN BUs Activity. Even to open a door between Installation can shut down your Installation. Disconnecting Battery during Installation is fatally.
I know, my english is not the best, but maybe its better than your german. I think its better you write english here.

I do not have the installation disk, and since I accidentally walked into the menu I wanted out of it though somehow I still get re pressed and of course, and turned off the ignition and the doors opened, and that just did not fully removed commands. disconnect may be thought of himself in the usual menu will not pomoglo.no Mercedes at a factory were to think out of this regime?

you don't need an installation disc. Do you have the navigation disc?
On the navigation disc there is always the current firmware of the corresponding year.
If not: Ask somebody of your friends/colleagues/..., if he could borrow you the navigation disc. It must be the specific navigation disc for your radio, of course.
Otherwise you have to buy a navigation disc...
